How to Order:
Orders can be placed by phone at 505-270-7913 or by
Orders
outside of New Mexico are not subject to sales tax.
 Packing and shipping costs are a variable
depending upon items ordered. Once funds are received,
your order will be shipped.
We use UPS ground as our method of shipping because of the large
size of packages. Contents are insured. You may choose a more
expeditious way to ship within UPS choices.
Payment terms are check or money order.
Written PO’s are accepted from school districts and other
governmental organizations.
Aspen is an approved vendor with Albuquerque Public Schools and
Santa Fe Public Schools.
Many items are shipped within one week when
stock is on hand. Items not in stock at the time of the order
will be built and shipped within three weeks.
